Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. General pet policy guidelines below may vary by rental unit and are subject to change at anytime without notice.
Dogs:
All dog policies shall be subject to the discretion of the Apartment Manager, who shall have final authority in the acceptance of any pet and enforcement of all pet policies.
Maximum of (2) pets per apartment; max weight of 35 lbs. per pet.
No breeds deemed vicious will be approved, i.e. Dobermans, Rottweilers, Bull Terriers, and Dalmatians.
Barking will be closely monitored and could be cause for eviction if deemed excessive.
Residents must exercise dogs in the approved areas.
Residents must clean up dog waste. Failure to do so will result in a $50.00 fine per occurrence and possible cause for eviction.
Residents with dogs must submit the following for approval prior to signing their leases:
a. Manager must visually view and approve the dog
Cats:
Maximum of (2) pets per apartment. with a combined weight of 25 lbs.
Cats should be de-clawed and spayed and evidence of these procedures should be supplied.
Pet Fee:
Dogs: $500 Non-Refundable Fee
Cats: $300 Non-Refundable Fee
